Nondiscrimination in Federally Assisted Programs
Mammoth Yosemite Airport is committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from participation in, denied benefits of, or subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal financial funding, on the basis of race, color, national origin, limited English proficiency, sex, gender identity, creed, or age, as protected by the Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 520 of the Airport and Airway Improvement Act of 1982, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987, and any other Title VI related requirements.
Title VI Complaint Procedure
Any person who believes they have been subjected to unlawful discriminatory practices under Title VI may file a complaint with the airport.
Individuals are not required by federal regulations to use this complaint procedure but may file complaints directly with the appropriate government agencies, such as US Department of Transportation (DOT) or the Federal Airline Administration (FAA).
Individuals filing a Title VI complaint by phone must also submit a written complaint within 90 days of the alleged discrimination. Assistance is available for those who are unable to file a written complaint due to disability or other assistance as necessary for filing a complaint. Upon request, language assistance will be provided for those with limited English proficiency.

Filing deadline:
When filing a complaint with Mammoth Yosemite Airport, letters of complaint must be filed within 180 calendar days of the date the discriminatory act took place.
All complaints must be signed by the person making the complaint and sent to the address below.
